Anti-Inflammatory Turmeric Lime Mango Smoothie


Ingredients:
  • 2 mangoes
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 2 TBS fresh lime juice
  • 8 medium dried dates
  • 2 cups unsweetened plain almond milk
  • 2 cups ice cubes
Mix in your blender and you have a delicious smoothie!  Enjoy!
