Chipotle Lime Salmon
I love this recipe because it is so fast and easy, I actually made it after a long day, when I was making dinner at 11 pm. It takes 20 minutes.
1 lb salmon, cut into 4 fillets
1-2 TBS olive oil
2 limes, sliced in half
1 tsp celtic sea salt
1 tsp chipotle powder
Preheat oven to 500 degrees
Place salmon on metal baking sheet
Rub each fillet with olive oil.
Squeeze lime juice from one-half onto each fillet
Turn down oven temperature to 275
Place salmon in the oven and cook for 12 minutes.
That's it! You have a delicious piece of salmon!
